It was the Roman Legionaries who expanded viticulture throughout Europe - establishing vineyards in France to supply the Legion with wine and vinegar. Soldiering and farming have been intertwined for millennia because both require hard work and attention to detail. Founded by three Iraq war Veterans, it is our mission to help warriors in need through viticulture, enology, and charitable contribution.
Tasting notes: Hand picked pinot noir grapes from the Willamette Valley; a clonal blend of Wädenswil, 667, Pommard, 115, and 777. Unfiltered, minimally fined, aged on the lees with French oak, and stirred regularly to provide a full flavor profile.
