» Winemaking notes:
Hand picked Pinot Noir from the Chehalem Mountains blended with cool climate Syrah from neighboring Tualatin Hills. Punched down twice daily over a 2 week ferment. Unfined and polished filtered with natural and added sulfites for freshness, no additional preservatives, animal products, or residual sugar. Aged 2 years on fine lees and French Medium+ toasted oak. Enjoy slightly chilled by itself or with a light meal.

Rifleman is a precision blend of 75% Pinot Noir with 25% Syrah that marries strength and finesse. Expect rich layers of dark fruit, subtle oak, and a lingering finish that reflects both discipline and balance. A versatile wine, perfect for enjoying now or laying down for future gatherings.

*Yeast, bacteria, and nutrients were used during fermentation and removed by natural settling and filtration.
