The 2017 Riveter Rosé Is On The Way!

The popular and oh so delicious Riveter Rosé is back! We're aiming to have it bottled by the end of March and ready for a club release mid-April! We doubled our production this year to match the club demand and have a little left for the tasting room.

Comparatively to our 2016, the 2017 Riveter is lighter and brighter with a mix of pinot noir clones. We gave it the saignée treatment by bleeding off juice after a 36 hour cold soak that included daily double punch downs. The concentrated sugars fermented for three weeks at low temperatures (<18°C/64°F) producing a refreshingly fruity/semi-hot mix that's already been described as "the perfect porch pounder" or "ideal for summer."

We are pouring samples in the tasting room if you would like to try it before it goes to through filtration and in to bottle. Thank you to those who have already tried it and have given feedback - it has been a hit so far!
