You are formally invited to our inaugural harvest dinner at our property Hartley Hill in Laurelwood! This event is meant as a thank you to those who have believed in us from the beginning.
We are pairing some of our best, rare, and unreleased wines with a 5 course meal prepared by Janelle and Christian Ephrem of Compass Craft Catering. Their combined experiences of working in world class kitchens on the Las Vegas strip has come home to the Pacific Northwest. Christian honed his talents at the Michelin restaurant Guy Savoy while Janelle crafted her pastry skills at four different Wolfgang Puck restaurants including their flagship Spago. They now host dinners at Topaz Farm while catering winemaker dinners at respected wineries such as Dominio IV, Flâneur, and now Dauntless Wine Co!
This duo will harvest the freshest fruits, vegetables, and meats themselves to bring together a one of a kind dinner explicitly crafted to express our wines and how they were made. The theme for the dinner is "intuition doesn't lie".
The flight of wines will consist of our ever popular 2017 Zero Hour Pet-Nat, our unreleased 2021 Riesling, the newly released 2021 Viognier, our most awarded 2016 Trebuchet, our first vintage of 2015 Reserve, 2015 No Man's Land, and a one case bottling of what could have been – the 2016 Reserve. We have never poured the 2016 Reserve for anyone but we are excited to open it and share this raw expression of the 2016 vintage with you! We will also have some unique one of a kind bottles available for purchase with proceeds benefiting the Dauntless Veteran Foundation!
